Art Therapy
Creativity is a sacred act in which we express ourselves. Art lies in our shadows, our truths, our joys, and our spirit. Expressive art nourishes our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health. Writing, drawing, painting, photography, dance, song; the way we style and adorn ourselves and our homes are all forms of creative expression.
Art Therapy can support us when words are not enough. When words are not accessible. It can act as an energetic release, a self soothing tool, and magical portal into the subconscious. Art therapy is for all beings, not only children and “artists”. There is no prerequisite to engage in creative expression, simply an open heart and some creative materials.
Art therapy supports trauma, anxiety, somatic exploration, therapeutic process, ignites our creative spirit and more!
sessions available for individual, family, community, closed group and corporate wellness.

Pregnancy loss, infant loss, abortion support
This is a sacred and safe space to mourn, grieve, cry, celebrate and simply BE. Mourning the loss of a pregnancy, baby, and infant can be a very solitary and confusing place. At times, we may choose to grieve in solitude, other times we may yearn for community, and it seems no one understands our pain. The experience of this loss is often traumatic, making it difficult to talk about and navigate. Stephanie began a support group in 2018, ten months after her own loss. A space she wished she had. A space to feel held, seen, and understood. A space to process, be silent, laugh, or cry.
The support group has come to a rest, Stephanie continues to offer 1:1 support and Spirit Baby Ceremonies.
Spirit Baby Ceremony~ A space curated from deep love and understating for you to honor your loss and Angel. A sacred space and altar. A space for you to meditate, pray, and visit with your Baby Angel. A ritual to help support your journey of grief.
